Inge Hatheway, the founder of the institute, is recognized as an international leader of  education in the esthetic industry.  Prior to sharing her knowledge with students, Inge operated two highly successful businesses in Germany. 

In 1985 she turned her talents to developing curriculums and manuals for esthetic professionals worldwide. Inge Hatheway has recently been awarded the prestigious position of Academic Advisor for the International Professional Nail Therapists Association (IPNTA) – Hong Kong.

It is Inge’s continuous strive for excellence that motivates her and her team of professional instructors to take the education of estheticians to a superior level.
