Edmonton esthetics school captures national award

The European Institute of Esthetics, the largest esthetics school in Alberta and member of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, has been honoured with the presentation of the prestigious 2006 Canadian Esthetics School of the Year Award. The institute’s senior instructor, Harmony Wolgemuth, was also named the 2006 Esthetics Instructor of the Year. The school was selected from applicant submissions from across the country. Winners were announced by the Cosmetology Industry Association in Vancouver this October.

Esthetics is one of the fastest growing industries in North America. With popularity, however, comes a more discriminating consumer seeking unprecedented levels of technical skill and training.
